I have finally dove into the LCD age with a Samsung 940BW, 4 MS, 19 inch widescreen, 1440×900 resolution monitor. So far I am not impressed with it’s performance with games or movies. I will toy with it some more tonight to get the very most I can from it. I am not holding my breath. To be fair I can say that it does in fact do alot for web surfing, less strain on the eyes etc. Was it worth my $229.00 +tax at a local retailer?  I guess the price was right but that’s about all.

Only time will vindicate the believers.

Sat. night I am going over to a friends house for “Ultimate fighting” on Pay Per View. It’s real and in your face, not controlled by fight promoters having their fighter lay down in the middle of the fifth or what have you like pro boxing but good wholesome bash the other guys face in no holds barred. Well, you are not allowed to kick a man when he’s down, but I think that’s reasonable.

I have been very busy and I love it. Work, my family and the holidays coming up has put severe pressure on my free time to get anything accomplished on the page. Speaking of which I have to be at work by 1:45 so I have to jet.

Want to give a shout out to “Mr. Bishop”, Dan, Gary and Ed. Yo! Ed, enjoy that FX5600 ULTRA, it gave me many games of Quake, I’m sure it will give you good service.
